When I'm lazy... I just go into the salamba sirsasana / head stand and stay for 5mins.. repeatedly. Let my mind go... observe what'ever thought comes and go. Somehow, relaxing and rejuvenating. Head stand is the king of asana. I wasn't able to do it until this June, 2017. I was too afraid to fall, until my guruji Nicholas Cheah taught me how to fall and by falling, you learn your balancing point. Head stand is stay to be the kind of asana as it stimulating the master glands in our body by providing refreshed blood to the pituitary gland and hypothalamus gland. These glands regulate all others gland (thyroid, pineal, and adrenals) in our body, hence, the name of master glands. Thus, the supplies of sufficient nutrients to these glands is vital as it will affect our overall well being.
