It's all started after I had a session with @nirodha.hn where they explained eating mindfully for better livings. it's nothiing new to me, but somehow persuaded me to reconsider my current eating habit. So I decided it's time for change. (December 2017) Yes... I eat as much healthy meal as i can... But I do eat snacks... Instead of saying I'm eating clean I'm trying to fuel my body with enough nutrients so it can recover faster. After long hours of work outs everyday.. not to mention how much sleep I get after watching my oppa drama and reading Facebook till late night.. With limited rest.. and not enough nutrients will just deteriorate my body and energy level... So I eat as much fresh vege as I can And I still eat my chips and cookies and cakes Baby steps, I started to have smaller portion on them. But I notice without in purpose, my crave for my regular snacks had reduced overtime. Sometimes, when u force yourself into a habit May be difficult.. Why not start a good habit, let your body feels the different and eventually it will adapt and eliminate the bad? After all...just start doing something good for you.. Always the perfect time is now.
