W.H.Y Someone asked me Why issit so hard for yogi to standing up right like a normal person? It rings a bell... why do we need to stand with head, forearm, palms or fingers When we have a well designed feet for grounding on earth? Intentions of practice lead us to different destination. No good or bad but the fruits harvest is ours individually. I practice inversion because i was traumatised to do so.. when i first started i was shivering and couldnt breath because of fear. I have a lot of thought that how i will die falling from inversion. And I was very reluctant to try. After i practice, not only i can do the pose, my personality and character in solving life's problems improved. I tends to fear less, and have more courages. I can overcome inversion fear so can i Do this and Do that. And i have hunch back and shoulder was very weak. Of all method i tried for past 15years, practicing arm balance, inversions had solved my hunch back posture problem. That's why i like inversion, to strengthened my shoulders and uppper body, my arms. And how focus i needed to be in my breathe and mind when im getting into the pose. Namaste
